Fill in all required fields.

Select the specific service you wish to book from the "Services" drop-down list.

Choose an available date/time.

Click "SUBMIT REQUEST". You will receive an email confirmation.

To view or cancel your booking(s), click on "My Bookings" in the menu.

To change an appointment, cancel and re-book it.

Payment due by day of inspection.

Select "Buy Now" to book appointment and pay through PayPal.
A PayPal account is not required, in which case simply select the credit card option on the PayPal site.

To book an appointment without immediate payment, click "Submit Request".
NOTE: no report will be sent without payment.
